Shipping and Returns

All orders receive automatic package tracking, please ensure your email is provided correctly at checkout.  We are not responsible for any duties/taxes/levies imposed by local governments or import agencies for International orders, as well as any missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered through the ordering process, or for packages damaged in transport.

Nazarena en Sepia items will be shipped carefully with selected packaging to ensure their safety and be mindful of the planet. Every item comes in a hand-made bag made of a vintage saree in a cardboard box with ecologically printed tags.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide from Denmark.

Shipping timelines

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, using GLS or DHL. This time may increase during high volume times and promotions.

Shipping costs

The cost of shipping will be calculated for your order during checkout based on where you are and how much is in your cart.

Shipping is free in Denmark for purchases over 500DKK. For purchases below, the price for the shipping is 56DKK for home delivery and 40DKK for picking up at a service point. For other EU and Non-EU countries, the delivery will be on the customer. Please note, that all customs duties and import taxes that may apply for shipping outside the Eu are the responsibility of our international customers.

Order tracking

When your order is shipped from our location, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment – this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

Additions or cancellations

To avoid confusion and ensure a speedy delivery, please check your order carefully before you check out. That being said, we know that mistakes happen. If you have forgotten to add something to your order or you wish to change it, please email us immediately. Choosing to contact us via social platforms, will not guarantee that your request will be received.

Please Note: If the order has already been processed, then canceling the order will not be possible.

If you wish to cancel your order completely, you must contact us within 24 hours by email: the order can only be canceled if it has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, then the order will stand and cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued. Nazarena en Sepia reserves the right not to ship and cancel an order for any reason.

Returns

By law, we have to accept returns up to 14 days after the purchase is made. We highly do not recommend this as there is a huge impact on the planet in reverse shipping. This is why we strongly encourage you to read our product descriptions and technical data sheets thoroughly and to make well-educated purchasing decisions. In the case of a quality issue, Nazarena en Sepia is taking all the costs. Otherwise, the returns are on the customer´s behalf If you have questions, please email hi@nazarenaensepia.com prior to purchasing. All requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
